Miriam and Christel

We are Miriam and Christel Andeweg,
   a couple since 1999 and a dance
   couple since 2002. We started to
   dance for fun, but we soon discovered
   that competitions were organised for
   womenscouples and menscouples.
   After our first competition, six months
   after we started dancing, the dancing
   virus got hold of us.

We are taking private lessons with
   Peter Bosveld, Euvgenia Parakhina,
   Natasja Panina and Arkadiy Poleshaev.
   We train about four times every week
   to improve ourselves as a dancecouple.

Because the same sex dancecommunity
   in the Netherlands is still small, there
   are only a couple of competitions
   organized every year. Fortunatly for
   us, all competitions everywhere in the
   world are open for international
   competitors, wich gives us an
   opportunity to meet a lot of same sex
   dancers from other countrys and
   travel to interesting places at the
   same time.

We are Dutch Champions 10 dance
   2010 and Dutch Champions
   Showdance 2009 and 2010.

We hope to share our enthousiasm
   about dancing with you through
   this website.

Miriam and Christel Andeweg

Miriam works as a jobcoach with people who want to re-enter the labour market. She likes gardening and gaming.

Christel works as a social worker with homeless people and drug addicts. She likes cooking and reading, mostly fantasy and thrillers.
